I do NOT like the new pocket lining
RATING :    2/5 FIT: True to Size

GREAT pants, just bought my third pair, but am very let down in switching to a spandex in the two main front pockets!! Not sure why you'd do this? The lighter fabric in the pocket will not cool you down. I live in southern Florida (hot & humid) and will be going back to the Middle East this spring, spandex pockets don't/won't affect the heat. Perhaps it was viewed as providing more flexibility? My observed problem that I didn't foresee while trying them on and noticing the new material is: a: the spandex won't hold up as long a the former material, b: it gives too much if you go to push your hands down in the pockets as to adjust them, should they rise up when you sit (I didn't realize how often I did that until these pants), and c: MOST importantly - jagged items like KEYS grab the material with their edges and after you sit down with keys in those pockets the material holds on to keys and you really have to take your time getting them out of the pocket as it wraps around the material - VERY FRUSTRATING. I believe these are going to tear LONG before the pants are ready to be retired. This really makes me wonder about the R&D on this change, I LOVE the addition of the stealth cell pocket on the left side (like some of the shorts), but the reason we all love these pants is because how rugged they are, the pockets HAVE to be just as rugged. These are now my least favorite of the three pair I own and if this continues I'll have to find another pant for my go to pants as I'm preparing for my next field assignment.

My go to Pants
RATING :    5/5 FIT: True to Size

These are my third pair of REVOLVR Pants and I have struggled to find an activity that I wouldn't use them for. I am very active and like most people these days, I have a busy lifestyle. I have a "regular", full time job, working in the shipping industry and numerous part-time jobs that are absolutely abusive to my body and my clothing. My REVOLVR Pants, have consistently been my go to Pants and have stood up to the abuse, time and time again. They are stylish enough to wear in the Office and functional enough to wear out in the field. I've used them while setting up and shooting a Pyrotechnic show, as a hunting / shooting instructor out in the field, hiking, fishing and day to day in an Office environment. Although I've used them in the field during a hunt, I wouldn't consider them a "Brush Pant", I have used RYDR Pants as "Brush Pants" and they work quiet well. The fit is very true to size. They started out slightly oversized but fit perfectly after a few washes and have remained the same size since. They are roomy, very comfortable and wear well which is another reason that KUHL Clothing in general, has replaced much of my wardrobe and is now the dominant article of clothing in my Closet. Some might consider me short and stocky at 5' 8", 185 lbs., but I have an athletic build and run quiet a bit so my Legs are fairly big and needless to say, I would not do well in "skinny jeans" (nor would I ever consider wearing them). So, for me, the full fit of these Pants is perfect. Hope this helps.

Excellent All Around Pant
RATING :    5/5 FIT: True to Size

By far the best pants I've purchased from any outdoor or tactical clothing company. I spend the majority of my time outdoors (shooting range) and these pants just does it all. Hot or cold weather, these pants are perfect for any temperature. Not to mentioned they're really durable. But what I love the most about these pants is they have a slight stretch to them. Which makes it that much more comfortable when bending, squatting, or kneeling. I promise you, you won't go wrong with these.

like them but too long
RATING :    4/5 FIT: Fits Large

Great material and overall fit but they are 1-1.5 inches too long. The added expense of having to take them up isn't ideal.
