Returns and Exchanges
If the item you order from Kühl Clothing Company does not meet your satisfaction, you may return the item for replacement. Postage will only be paid for due to defects or errors in shipping. We enclose a return form with every mail order package. Kühl extends the return policy for Holiday Gifts (either purchased or received) to the end of January. You will need to ensure that all tags are intact and garment is in proper condition.
Repair/Replace
Damage caused by normal wear and tear can be repaired for a reasonable charge. By law, garments sent for repair must be clean, please wash the item before mailing it. If your item fails due to issues with materials or workmanship, Kühl will repair the item to original specifications of the product free of charge. If the product is irreparable or the cost of the repair exceeds the cost to replace, Kühl will replace the item. Postage will only be refunded due to a defect in manufacturing or an error in shipping.
Purchases from Outlet Store or Special Event
Items sold at an extreme discount, which may have been a sample or may be slightly blemished, sold at outlets or special events are not covered under Kühl Clothing's return/exchange policy.
Product Preparation
Please print out/complete a copy of the Kühl Return/Exchange Form. Ensure the item is clean and place in package with a copy of the form. Shipping: Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides you with tracking information and insurance. Typical turnaround times, generally 3 weeks upon receipt of the item, may vary due to periods of high volume.

Improper Care
Kühl does not replace an item damaged by neglect to follow care instructions. Be sure to follow the garments care guidelines! Items warranty is only extended for verified causes. Contacting us in these cases first may save you time and shipping cost. 800-252-3185
