The Burr Lined Jacket seems well made. It should be effective for Cleveland’s winter. The outer material (black) looks sharp. The pockets possess adequate volume. I would buy it again.

I saw this jacket worn by Vivek Ramaswamy, the former presidential candidate. I immediately went into this website to look for the jacket and I found it. I like it's functionality, the inner zippered pocket that offers security. I only wish that the sleeves are a little shorter or they have a shorter version.
