At KÜHL we are looking to improve upon industry standards and provide a consistent customer experience across our website, emails, virtual styling, and more. As a Virtual Sales Specialist (Customer Service Representative), you will be a part of a team that desires to promote a positive, elevated customer experience with a focus on driving sales. Your goal will be to deliver a best-in-class customer experience by demonstrating the ability to connect with the customer, educate them on the features and benefits that make KÜHL unique, and provide solutions to their individual needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and educate customers with product/order information and virtual styling to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Effectively execute best processes and practices for chat, email, phone, and virtual communication including resolving/de-escalating issues
  • Respond quickly to all customer requests, comments, and activity
  • Brand ambassadors – represent KÜHL in a positive way, increase brand awareness and sales
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and keep up with industry trends
  • Identify opportunities that will engage and excite our customers to elevate their experience
  • Willingness to proactively provide product solutions and suggestions
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Accept coaching and implement feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals

Qualifications and Capabilities

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail preferred)
  • Experience responding to live chats, email, phone, and virtual customer inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people
  • Positive attitude and possess a “no task is too small mentality”
  • Eager to be at the frontline of a fast-paced and established brand
