The Persuadr hoodie is the best and lightest hoodie I have found that is 50+ UPF. It is a little more rigid and less flexible so I would error on ordering a size up. I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs, a medium fits me great. Compared to 50+ UPF hoodies from Patagonia, Cotopaxi, and other 50+ UPF hoodies from Kuhl, the Persuadr keeps me cooler at warmer temp...
