Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure appropriate inventory levels in conjunction with production department
• Forecast inventory demand and identify problems
• Report on inventory activities and variances
• Develop inventory reporting and standards
• Perform data entry as requested by design and production teams
• Compile, process, and maintain information in a manner that meets company standards
• Monitor, maintain and improve long term reporting and data analysis projects
• Additional duties including data entry and reporting responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ Inventory management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field required
• Strong computer skills including high proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Team-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to go above and beyond
• Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and a desire to proactively address issues
• Must be able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, high-workload environment
• Experience in the Outdoor Industry a plus
• Recognize importance of deadlines and work accordingly
• Maintain strong working relations and promote a strong team approach between departments
• Work 40+ hours per week
