KÜHL® Quick Returns

Items can be returned within 45-days from the date of purchase. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.

Please contact customer service if you are returning an item that you feel is defective or damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by customer service.

We are unable to process exchanges.

Returns from a KÜHL retailer:

Items purchased from a KÜHL retailer must be returned to the place of purchase and they will facilitate your return.

To create a KÜHL® Quick Return, click on blue box above, and select eligible items you wish to return for a refund. Once your quick return request is complete, you will be prompted to print your return label. The cost for the use of our return label is $7.50 and will be deducted from your refund.

Please retain the tracking number for your records. Place an order directly after printing your return label and you will receive free shipping on your new order.

Quick Returns is only for customers in the lower 48-states. Customers in HI, AK, US territories and abroad will need to arrange shipping on your own. Please see the shipping address for KUHL Returns in Answers to Common Questions

Gift Returns must be coordinated in advance by calling Customer Service at 888-218-3181. To facilitate this process, please have as much order information as possible available when you call i.e. the purchaser's name, email, order number, etc. Items being returned must have been purchased from and must be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Upon receipt of your return, you will be emailed a credit for the purchase amount to be used on We are not able to process exchanges.

I live in the 48 contiguous states and my purchase from was in the last 45 days. Can I use Quick Returns?

Yes. To return an item purchased at simply use KÜHL® Quick Returns to print a UPS Shipping label.

I live outside the 48 contiguous states. What about me?

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or abroad and purchased from the US website, you will need to arrange your own shipping. Please see the shipping address for KUHL Returns listed on this page. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip, or order number, or the email your return was purchased under. If you are in Canada, please contact us.

May I return an item purchased from a KÜHL retailer?

Items purchased from a KÜHL retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

How should I ship my return to KÜHL®?

Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides you with tracking information such as UPS or FedEx. We suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well. KÜHL® will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or undelivered shipments.

How long will my return and refund take?

Returns may take up to two weeks to be processed. Thank you in advance for your patience. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment. If you used a gift card, the refund will be added back to the original gift card number. All transactions may take up to 7 business days to complete.

May I return a discounted item purchased at a festival?

Discounted items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for the warranty, return or repair.
