WELCOME TO KÜHL® QUICK RETURNS
We accept returns for items purchased on Kuhl.com within 45 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags attached. We do not offer exchanges; please follow our return process and place a new order for the item you want.
To create a KÜHL Quick Return, sign in with the email address you used to place the order. If you checked out as a guest, please go to account sign in and select Forgot Password? to create a password with the email address used when placing the order.
After submitting a return request through the link below, you can place a new order within 24 hours and receive free standard shipping at checkout.

The return package must be postmarked within two weeks of initiating a quick return. $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for the use of our return shipping label. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Quick Returns are limited to customers in the lower 48 United States. Customers in HI, AK, US territories, APO, DPO, FPO, and abroad will need to arrange shipping independently.

WHERE CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM A KUHL.COM U.S. SITE ORDER?
Items purchased on KUHL.com can be returned on KUHL.com or at a KÜHL-owned retail store.
To return to kuhl.com, sign in to your KÜHL account to initiate a Quick Return. You may return as many eligible items purchased through the same account as you wish with one return shipping label.
To return to a KÜHL Retail Store, visit one of our KÜHL-owned stores with your eligible kuhl.com items. Make sure to have your order number to help us assist you with the return.
WHERE CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM A KUHL AUTHORIZED DEALER?
Items purchased from a KÜHL authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase to facilitate the return.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES?
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or abroad and purchased from the US website, you will need to arrange your own shipping. Please contact Customer Service to facilitate the return.
If you purchased on the Canada site and need to return your items, visit Canada Returns.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
The prepaid UPS label is for standard shipping which can take up to 7 business days to receive. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Once the package arrives at KÜHL, returns are processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For purchases made with a gift card and another payment method, the funds will be returned to the gift card first, with any remaining amount credited to the original payment method.
Return timeframe may increase during seasonal holidays.
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT PURCHASED ON KUHL.COM?
Gift Returns for items purchased on KUHL.com must be coordinated in advance by calling Customer Service at 1-888-218-3181. Items can be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges.
To facilitate this process, please have the following information available:
- Purchaser’s name
- Email the order was placed under
- Order number
Gift return items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags attached. Once the package arrives at KÜHL, returns are processed within 10 business days. You will be emailed a credit in the form of a KÜHL e-Gift Card.
Return timeframe may increase during seasonal holidays.
CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING METHOD TO RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
You are welcome to return items purchased on kuhl.com using your own shipping method to avoid the $7.50 cost for the use of our label. Items can be returned within 45 days from the purchase date and must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all the tags still attached.
Make sure to ship with a carrier that provides tracking information, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well.

WHAT IF I AM OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN WINDOW?
Please contact Customer Service regarding orders outside of the 45-day return window for approval prior to shipping back to KÜHL. Approval is at KÜHL's discretion.
I PURCHASED MY ORDER ON THE U.S. SITE, CAN I RETURN ITEMS TO THE KÜHL CANADA FACILITY?

CAN I COMBINE RETURNS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Yes, if the items were purchased through the same KÜHL account you may return as many eligible items as you wish with one return shipping label.
