Quick Returns are available to customers in the lower 48-states. To create a KÜHL® Quick Return, click on the blue box above to sign into your KÜHL account and select the eligible items you wish to return for a refund. Once your return request is complete, you will be able to print a UPS return label for $7.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Customers in HI, AK, US territories, and abroad will need to use their own shipping carrier.
If you return the package on your own, please retain the tracking number for your records. KÜHL is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered shipments..

Gift Returns must be coordinated in advance by calling Customer Service at 1-888-218-3181. To proceed, you will need to provide the order number, purchaser's name, and email used to place the order.
Gift items originally purchased on kuhl.com can be returned within 45-days from the purchase date. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
Once your gift return is processed, you will receive an email with an e-Gift card to redeem online at kuhl.com during checkout.
Items purchased from a KÜHL authorized retailer must be returned to the same location to facilitate the return.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S) AND WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IF SHIPPING ON MY OWN?
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or abroad and purchased from the US website, you will need to arrange your own shipping. Please see the shipping address for KÜHL® Returns listed above and enclose a copy of your packing slip, order number, or email under which your return was purchased.
Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides tracking information, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well. KÜHL® will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered shipments.
CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING METHOD TO RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
You are welcome to send the package back to the address above using your own shipping to avoid the $7.50 cost of using our label. Please include the packing slip or your name and order number in the package, so we know who to refund.

MAY I RETURN ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Yes, if the items were purchased through the same KÜHL account you may return as many eligible items as you wish with one return shipping label.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN AND RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The shipping label provided is for ground shipping and may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at our facility. Once the package arrives, it will be processed within three business days. Please note, during seasonal holidays that timeframe may increase.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and can take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account depending on the financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For purchases made partially with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to the gift card first then the remaining amount back to the original payment method.
