KÜHL® Quick Returns

KÜHL® is what it means to be calm, relaxed, and easy, even when faced with a challenge.

Returns:

Use KÜHL® Quick Returns (click on blue box above) to select eligible items you wish to return for a refund. Once your quick return request is complete, you will be prompted to print your return label. Please retain the tracking number for your records. Place a new order directly after printing your return label and you will receive free shipping.

Timeframe, Condition, Shipping Costs:

Items can be returned within 30-days from the date of receipt. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. The cost for the return label is $7.50 and will be deducted from your refund, however, please contact customer service if you need help or if you are returning product that you feel is defective. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you.

Lower 48:

At this time, Quick Returns is only for customers in the lower 48-states. Customers in HI, AK, US territories and abroad will need to arrange their own shipping. Please see instructions below.

Yes. To return or exchange an item purchased at KUHL.com simply use KÜHL® Quick Returns to print a FedEx Shipping label.

I live outside the 48 contiguous states. What about me?

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or abroad and purchased from the US website, you will need to arrange your own shipping. Please see address below. or Canada please contact us.

May I return an item purchased from a dealer?

Items purchased from dealers must be returned to the place of purchase. Discounted items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for warranty, return or repair.

Are there any requirements to return a purchase?

Items sent back for return must be in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

How should I ship my return to KÜHL®?

Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides you with tracking information such as UPS or FedEx. We suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well. KÜHL® will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or undelivered shipments.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post on your account.
