Can I combine orders?

At this time, our system is unable to combine orders once they have been placed. Please check back at a later date to see if our policy has changed.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, because of our efforts to ship in a timely manner, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Orders that wish to be cancelled can be returned to us for a refund using our KÜHL® Quick Returns Program.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Yes, we have sizing charts for both men and women. They are available in the "Sizing Chart" section, within the page of each product but you can also download it here.

What methods of payment are accepted at currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and KÜHL® gift cards.


Where do you ship from?

All orders (international included) ship from our warehouse located in Salt Lake City, UT.

When will my order ship?

Here at KÜHL®, we are committed to delivering your product in a timely manner. All orders placed online ship out the following business day. Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday and exclude some major holidays. We send shipping confirmations, including the tracking number(s) to you once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

How long does my order take to arrive if I use an expedited shipping method?

  • Next Day Air-You will receive your order two business days after placing the order. The order processes the following business day, and is then in transit for one more day.
  • 2nd Day Air-You will receive your order three business days after placing the order. The order processes the following business day, and is then in transit for two more days.
  • 3 Day Air-You will receive your order four business days after placing the order. The order processes the following business day, and is then in transit for three more days.

Please keep in mind, Saturday and Sunday is not considered UPS business days and your package will not move during those days.

Are you able to ship internationally?

Yes, we do provide international shipping. When at the checkout page, please select your country’s flag in the top right hand corner. This will then allow you to proceed with an international address where you can pay with your local currency.

NOTE: The International Checkout Flag is large and in the upper right hand corner. Do not confuse it with the small USA and Canadian flags that let you choose to order either from KÜHL® USA or KÜHL® CANADA.

Why does my USPS tracking number not apply to my order?

USPS recycles tracking numbers, and therefore, can take up to 1-2 business days to update information for your current shipment. Please check back with USPS to view updates with your particular shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

Can you see what your dealers have in inventory?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to our dealers’ inventory. Please feel free to call us and we will be happy to help you find what you are looking for. Check out for product near you.

Are product colors identical to those shown in the pictures?

We have made every effort to display products exactly as they will look when you receive them. The pictures may appear differently depending on the monitor that you view them on.
