Hello and thank you for your interest in KÜHL Corporate Sales. We are excited to partner with you.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to place a Corporate Sales order, you must submit an application (click on blue bar above) and be approved. We require disclosure as to the name and logo that will appear on the product, as well as how the product will be used or displayed. We reserve the right to refuse service. Once your application has been received, we will review it and reach out to you via email. Please allow a minimum of three business days to receive a response.

Samples:

Samples can be purchased at a discounted cost and can be returned within 45 days of your order if the product is in new condition with tags attached. Please e-mail [email protected] with any questions.

Order Requirements:

Orders must meet a 10-unit minimum; the product can be mix and match or all one style.

Product Availability:

Product offerings are listed in our Corporate Catalog. If you are interested in a product that is not listed in the catalog, contact [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note, Corporate Catalog inventory is separate from inventory on KÜHL.

Pricing:

The prices listed in the Corporate Catalog are retail (MSRP) and are only shown for reference. Our current corporate pricing structure is based on the number of units ordered. We will provide you with a formal price quote when your order has been submitted and accepted. Please note - individual Pro Sales pricing does not apply to our Corporate Sales Program.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is applicable for all orders based on shipping address unless appropriate sales tax exemption forms are provided in advance upon order submission.

Payment Methods:

All orders must be prepaid by credit card; all major credit cards are accepted.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Every order will be reviewed and is subject to acceptance and product availability.

Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 45-days from the date of purchase. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. We are unable to process exchanges. Product that has been marked or embroidered is not eligible for return unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return request or if you are returning an item that you feel is defective or damaged.

Can I place an order for product not in stock yet?

No, we are unable to accept backorders; we can only quote, place and process orders for items currently in stock with no exceptions.

Can you use my FedEx or UPS account number for shipping?

No, we can only ship on our accounts and the cost will be applied to your invoice.

Can you tell me how the exact shipping cost before the order is placed?

No, but we will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate.

Do you offer custom colors or size runs?

No, we do not offer any custom colors or size runs.

Do you have a preferred corporate embroidery partner?

Yes, we have two preferred embroidery partners that we highly recommend for your embroidery needs. This can be coordinated when your order is placed.

Disclaimer - KÜHL will act as an intermediary between our Corporate Customers and our partnered embroidery shops. KÜHL will not be held liable for damaged product due to embroidery or incorrect decoration. Embroidered product is final sale however, any product showing a manufacturing defect may be replaced, at KÜHL’s discretion, under our warranty policy.

Can you ship to our local embroidery house?

Yes, we can ship directly to your preferred embroidery house.
