Eligibility:

To be eligible to place a corporate sales order, you must first create a kuhl.com account and then click on the blue bar above to apply. Submission of the application does not guarantee approval; we reserve the right to refuse service. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will email you with instructions on how to access the corporate website to review inventory and create a quote. Please allow at least three business days to receive a response to your application submission.

Samples:

Sample orders are placed directly on kuhl.com for full MSRP. If you need to return any or all samples, please reach out to [email protected] for a prepaid shipping label to send them back for a 100% refund. The return must be within 60 days from the date of purchase and in new, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. If you go forward with a final order and want to use the samples as a part of your order quantity, we can refund you back to your bulk discount price instead.

Order Requirements:

Orders must meet a 10-unit minimum; the product can be mix and match or all one style.

Product Availability:

Kuhl.com is a great reference for ideas, however, keep in mind our web inventory is separate from our corporate inventory and certain sizes or styles listed on the webstie may not be available for corporate sale. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.

Pricing:

The prices listed in the Corporate Catalog are retail (MSRP) and are only shown for reference. Our current corporate pricing structure is based on the number of units ordered. We will provide you with a formal price quote when your order has been submitted and accepted. Please note - individual Pro Sales pricing does not apply to our Corporate Sales Program.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is applicable for all orders based on shipping address unless appropriate sales tax exemption forms are provided in advance upon order submission. Orders requiring tax exemption placed without contacting [email protected] first will not be refunded.

Payment Methods:

All orders must be prepaid by credit card; all major credit cards are accepted.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of payment. Every order will be reviewed and is subject to acceptance and product availability.

Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 45-days from the date of purchase. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. We are unable to process exchanges. Product that has been marked or embroidered is not eligible for return unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return request or if you are returning an item that you feel is defective or damaged. Corporate sales orders cannot be returned via the website or our customer service team. Please reach out to [email protected] to start a return.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT NOT IN STOCK YET?

No, we are unable to accept backorders; we can only quote, place and process orders for items currently in stock with no exceptions.

CAN YOU USE MY FEDEX OR UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR SHIPPING?

No, we can only ship on our accounts and the cost will be applied to your invoice.

CAN YOU TELL ME THE EXACT SHIPPING COST BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

Yes, we have two preferred embroidery partners that we highly recommend for your embroidery needs. This can be coordinated when your order is placed.
