Warranty & Repair Policy Questions

KÜHL® proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products. We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at KÜHL's discretion, any product that proves to be defective that was purchased through an authorized seller of KÜHL. If you have a question who is an authorized seller - click here. Please understand that no matter how well you care for your product, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and will start to show wear over time; normal wear is not considered a defect.

Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty but may be repaired at KÜHL's discretion. Please note, the KÜHL repair team works hard to extend the life of your clothing items. Repairs completed by the KÜHL repair team will not make an item like new, nor should it be considered a factory repair. The quality of your repair is dependent upon the condition of the item being repaired and the extent of the repair to be completed. KÜHL's policy is to repair your item to the best condition possible given previously mentioned factors. Thank you for considering letting KÜHL repair your item. Together we can keep countless items from going to the landfill by giving them new life!

Items purchased from dealers may either be returned to the place of purchase and they will facilitate your warranty or you may work directly with KÜHL. Warranties are non-transferable.

How do I submit a warranty or a repair to KÜHL?

Email KÜHL Customer Service at [email protected] and include the following: where the garment was purchased, approximately how long you have owned it, a photo of the entire garment and a photo highlighting the area of issue.
