How do I submit a warranty or a repair to KÜHL?
Email KÜHL Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following: where the garment was purchased, approximately how long you have owned it, a photo of the entire garment and a photo highlighting the area of issue. We are available Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm MST and will try to reply to your email within 2 business days.
If a warranty/repair has been approved, please clean your garment before sending it to us. Items requiring cleaning will delay the warranty process and may incur a cleaning charge.
