Call (415) 680-3713 and place your order. Curbside pick-up is for PHONE ORDERS ONLY at this time. You will need your credit card information handy as well as your billing zip code. Your card information will NOT be kept on file, instead we enter this info directly into our payment system.We'll ask you to set up a date and time, during business hours, when you plan to pick up your order.
STAY IN YOUR CAR & CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE - Please arrive with a photo ID to confirm your purchase.
Give the store a call when you arrive and a team member will run your order out to you! If you would prefer to come into the store to pay please arrange that with the team member over the phone.
Our team will be following local social distancing protocols, if you have any questions don't hesitate to give us a call before your scheduled pick up. It's that easy!

If you have questions about your order, please call the store you are picking up from.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged immediately once an order is placed over the phone with a store team member.
I'VE GOT A GIFTCARD! CAN I USE IT AS A FORM OF PAYMENT FOR MY CURBSIDE PURCHASE?
Yes! Simply let the associate know over the phone know you'd like to use a giftcard for all or some of your purchase. Please have this card handy when you call, we'll need you to read the 21-digit number near the barcode.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PICKUP ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Yes! If you need to change or cancel your Curbside Pickup order, please call the store you are picking up from. Have your credit card information handy in case we need to refund or charge for additional items.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE HELD AT THE STORE?
Once you've placed an order over the phone with one of the store team members you will have 72 hours to pick up your order. If you are unable to pick up your order within the allotted time window, please contact the store.
WHO CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?
You or a designated pickup person must pick up your order. Either person must have their ID ready to show the store associate when they deliver your order to your car.
DO I NEED ANYTHING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you or your designated pickup person must bring your ID and be prepared to show the associate delivering your order to your car while maintaining social distance.
IS THERE DESIGNATED PARKING FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Yes, you will have free parking for 15 minutes in the designated spot on the southeast corner of 2nd and Pike. Once you’ve completed your purchase over the phone you will receive additional information to help with directions for parking. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to give the store a call!
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE STORE FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP?
When you arrive at the store, park in the designated curbside pick-up zone and call the store to let them know you have arrived. If you'd like zero contact, please be prepared to show your ID through the window and open the trunk of your car so the store associate can leave items in the vehicle while maintaining social distance.
ONCE I ARRIVE AT THE CURBSIDE PICK-UP LOCATION, HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?
As quickly as possible! It will depend upon factors like order volume and staffing levels. We're moving as fast as we can while still observing the health and safety protocols we’ve put in place. Thank you for your patience!
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I GOT VIA CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns curbside. If you'd like to return or exchange you'll need to go into the store location with your receipt and unworn/unwashed items with the tags still attached. If you'd like to avoid going into the store location, we can also process a return by mail.
