Piling

I’ve purchased numerous KUHL products! I have been very happy with everything to this point! I purchased this because I was traveling and needed something warm. I loved the fit even though it was a man’s jacket. It was warm and comfy for the occasion. After using for about a week it started piling and looking a bit trashed! Unable to wash , spot clean or dry clean only 🥲
