The most stylish jacket out there

Let's start with sizing. I am 5'11, 160lb with chest of ~39 inch and a bit broad shoulders. I ordered both M and L after reading that the jacket runs small. The medium fit me well with enough room for layering underneath, except for the shoulder area, which was a tiny bit restrictive only if I try to hug myself. I like the oversized look in jackets, plus like my jackets to be a bit longer, so ended up keeping the large instead. The jacket fits true to size unless you have a big gut. Now in terms of warmth, because the medium fit me much better, it felt very warm over a thin fleece. The large size is a bit oversized so it doesn't feel as warm as medium. Having said that, once I put a lightweight puffer vest underneath it, this thing is very warm. I have worn the jacket with a lightweight puffer vest in temps down to 0F and below windchills, and I didn't feel cold. The fabric really cuts the wind so this is basically my everyday winter jacket unless it is -10F outside, when I take out my heavy extreme winter jacket. Have also worn this unzipped all the way up to 45F. So far very happy with all round performance. Now in terms of the looks, this is by far the nicest looking jacket out there, and I am always excited about wearing it whenever leaving the house. I have it in carbon color and the waxed fabric with faux leather trims and contrast stitching, truly makes it standout. The attention to detail is truly spectacular, with small trims and cutouts, custom logo zipper, and different fabrics working together gives this an amazing look. Unlike a lot of folks, I bought it at full price directly from Kuhl website instead of resellers like Sheels or REI etc. I do that because I like to support businesses directly and would much rather pay full price to get the customer experience. And I am happy to report that the customer service of Kuhl is amazing. I had a small gap at the bottom of one of the chest zippers, so reached out to the customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement unit. Let's talk about con too as not everything is perfect. The side hand pockets on the jackets are literally at a 90 degree angle. So if you put something in them, there is a very high chance that it will fall out. So probably just use the flapped pockets instead. Some recommendations for future interactions, of course please fix the angle of the side hand pockets. Also maybe an inch extra in the shoulder for each size will be appreciated by alot of folks. Finally, I liked this jacket so much, that I am already in the middle of ordering Impakt jacket as a daily driver for summer and spring, while this is my daily driver in fall and winter. And hopefully in the next season, I ll look into getting the Arktik Down Parka too for those frigid -5F and below days.
