This is the best Kuhl short. The pocket dimensions are perfect - deep. The pockets have never failed. The exterior material is the best texture and very durable. These shorts are quality and durable, perfect for hiking. They're a little bit heavier material than the Amphibia. They're not hot to wear and you can tell they're going to last a long time with the stitching. I wear these casually for work and also when I hike.

Absolutely love these shorts. Tons of pockets (6?) fly lock with button and zipper. Tough but comfortable fabric. These are my new favorite shorts. I went with the medium inseam and it lands an inch above my knees. Get’em.
