High quality as expected. Have not tried in extreme cold, windy conditions, but for general cold weather use very warm and comfortable. Merino wool the best

This thing resides on my head so often in the cold that my children draw me with it on. I’ve never had one stay around to get beat up too badly, but some pulling happens after washing. I lose it sometimes, but I’ve happily bought a new one every time (I’m on my third one).
