Thought about returning it, but loved the features and maroon color too much. I usually wear a small or a medium and ended up choosing the medium. The small fit great except the shoulders were too tight for layering. The medium is a little long and bulky for my liking, but there's more shoulder room. For reference I'm 5'6" and 145lbs.
