Bought two pairs of these for a trip north of the Arctic Circle this summer. I normally wear a 6 in pants but I found the 6 in the Frost Softshell to be a little tight around the waist. So returned for an 8, which was generous but able to handle Long John’s underneath. Can’t speak highly enough about warmth and water proofing.

Perfect fit and keeps you warm. I am 5 ‘4” and weigh 130 lbs. The size 6 was a perfect fit! Bought the pants in black.
