KÜHL is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to add to our Customer Support Team. As a member of the KÜHL Customer Support team, you will be cross trained to provide a wide variety of customer support functions assisting customers and other departments at KUHL. Here at KÜHL, we strive to build lasting relationships with customers and coworkers. We are hardworking, efficient, and great teammates. This position will function within the Distribution Center.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Communicate with customers regarding web orders, products, and services via email, phone, and chat. • Communicate with customers regarding product returns, warranties, and repairs status and outcome. • Process and oversee orders from KUHL.com, our online webstore. • Process customer product returns, warranties, and repairs. • Assist and help customers to compete returns, warranties, and repairs or other issues. • Assist in other warehouse functions such as picking, packing, unloading containers, and other various duties in special circumstances.
Job Requirements • Customer-oriented attitude, with a natural desire to help others. • Minimum of 1-2 of retail customer service is preferred (i.e. phone, email, and chat). • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. • Effective organizational skills and a desire to proactively solve problems and develop standard Processes and Procedures. • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work well with others and in team settings. • Experience and knowledge using Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Ability to lift 40 pounds, bending, twisting, standing, and walking long distances during work shift.
